Prepared estimates for two $4M Residential Streets Mill & Overlay projects and
various Job Order Contract jobs. Responsible for preparing project submittals, permits,
subcontractor coordination, and various project schedules. As a superintendent, I was in
charge of managing a $250K sidewalk improvement project, tracking daily quantities,
managing a small crew, and insuring that all operations were completed on or lower than
budgeted cost. Also responsible for assisting in various tasks for our $35M Airport Job Order
Contract.

Prepared estimates for two $100M Waste Water Treatment Plants & a $150M
Transmission Line Project. Contacted and worked with vendors and subcontractors.
Additionally managed a small crew for building catch basins, tracked daily costs, and
budget quantities on a $190M design-build highway project. Also responsible for tracking
pavement core samples and profilographing finished pavement for bonus revenue.
Springerville Coal Burning Generating Station
Civil Engineer Intern-May 2007,2008-August 2007,2008
Prepared RFI’s, Cost Codes, & Work Plans. Also tracked change orders and extra
work totaling $10M. Assisted in the supervision and installation of all underground
electrical duct bank, vaults, grounding, and shoring systems. Supervised installation of
96” re-circulating water pipe, subcontract drilled piers and all excavations and backfills
on a $65M project. Coordinated schedules with project managers and owners.
Shale Creek Golf Course Medina, OH
Construction Laborer-May – August 2006
Managed small crews of 5-6 people. Assisted in the supervision of installing irrigation lines,
sprinkler heads, and drains. Responsible for reading construction documents to excavate
and develop site. Assisted in grounds fertilization and upkeep.
